  P1000882.JPG - A local Kookaburra. Yes, they do kinda sound like they're laughing. There are large numbers of birds here, and occasionally some of the larger ones will perch themselves on my balcony rail. One of the nice things about the house is that it's high up, and birds are always flying past at window level, rather than up above.
